How to book an appointment online
We have an online booking option. This means you can book an appointment with any of our therapists. You can choose to book either an initial appointment (choose this if you are new to seeing us or returning with a new injury) or a follow up consultation (choose this if you have already seen us for your current situation).
All you need to do is click on the button below and the program will guide you through.
You can choose the therapist you would like to see.
If you need to see us for something more urgent, please call as we have emergency appointments available.
Helpful information to know about appointments
Therapy is an investment in your recovery, and we want to make sure you understand your options before your first appointment. If you have any questions about fees, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we are happy to talk it through with you before you book.
Private Patients:
You do not need a referral. We charge a standard consultation fee for initial and follow-up appointments. If a splint, cast, or exercise equipment is needed during your appointment, there is an additional charge for these items. Payment is required on the day — we accept cash, cheque, or bank card. Please contact us for current fee information.
If you hold private health insurance with extras cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for occupational therapy or physiotherapy. We recommend checking with your insurer before your appointment to confirm your entitlements. We use HICAPS, so you can claim your rebate on the spot.
Medicare — Chronic Disease Management Plan:
If your GP has referred you under a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. We bulk bill eligible patients, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for those sessions. Please bring your referral and Medicare card to your first appointment.
WorkCover:
If you have sustained a hand, wrist or arm injury at work, your treatment costs are typically covered by your employer's workers compensation insurer — you should not need to pay out of pocket. We accept WorkCover patients from all Australian states and territories. Please bring your claim number and insurer details to your first appointment, and we are happy to liaise directly with your case manager.
DVA — Department of Veterans' Affairs:
We welcome Gold Card and White Card holders. DVA covers the cost of hand therapy treatment for accepted conditions. You will need a referral from your GP or treating specialist before your first appointment. Please bring your DVA card and referral along with you.
NDIS:
We see participants who are plan-managed or self-managed. If your NDIS plan includes funding for therapeutic supports, hand therapy may be covered. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm your plan details and ensure everything is set up correctly.
